    Ⅰ.Overview of Flanged Multi-level Metal Hard Sealed Butterfly Valve Products:

    The valve adopts precise J-shaped elastic sealing ring and three eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as gold treatment, power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage and municipal construction with medium temperature less than 425 C for regulating flow rate and carrying off fluid. The valve is made of different hardness and stainless steel. It has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The product meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.


    Ⅱ.Characteristics of flanged multi-level metal hard-sealed butterfly valve:

    1. The valve adopts a three-eccentric sealing structure. The seat and butterfly plate hardly wear and tear. It has the sealing function of tighter and tighter.

    2. The seal ring is made of stainless steel, which has the double advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life, no matter at low temperature and high temperature.

    3. Surfacing cobalt-based cemented carbide is used on the sealing surface of disc plate. The sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

    4. Large size butterfly plate adopts quill structure, which has high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.

    5. The valve has two-way sealing function. It can be installed in any direction without restriction of medium flow direction or influence of space position.

    6. The driving device can be installed at multiple stations (rotating 90 or 180 degrees) for user's convenience.
